Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajl ("bajl", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bajl online gaming and sports betting platform available at bajl.vu and all associated sub-pages, mobile browser interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bajl reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions and carry the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear.

Eligibility Requirements

Registration on and use of bajl is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant to bajl that you meet each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• You are at least 21 years of age. bajl enforces this requirement at registration and may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You are a natural person and are registering for personal use only. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and agents acting on behalf of undisclosed third parties are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. Each account must be registered and used by the account holder personally. Account sharing is prohibited.
• You have not been previously excluded from bajl or any affiliated gaming platform, whether by your own request or by bajl's decision, and have not had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered. bajl does not guarantee any outcome, profit, or return on any game or bet placed on the Platform.

bajl may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification. Players who provide false information to circumvent eligibility requirements will have their accounts permanently terminated and all funds forfeited.

Account Registration and Security

Registration on bajl requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as the unique account identifier. Players are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for keeping that information current throughout the life of the account. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• You must not share your account credentials — your registered mobile number and password — with any third party. bajl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
• You must notify bajl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bajl will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. If bajl identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying data — all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Accounts are non-transferable and remain the exclusive property of the registered player.
• bajl may request KYC documentation at any time, including at withdrawal. Submitting false, altered, or forged documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

bajl uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the player's device and the Platform. However, players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and for logging out of their accounts on shared or public devices.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bajl are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajl does not apply currency conversion fees. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bajl does not set a maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may impose their own per-transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to the player's wallet instantly upon confirmed payment through the supported mobile money or banking channel. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, the player should contact bajl support with the transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours (06:00 to 23:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bajl account. bajl reserves the right to return withdrawal funds to the source wallet if the beneficiary details do not match the account registration.
• bajl does not charge a processing fee on standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Any fees levied by the payment provider on the receiving end are the sole responsibility of the player.

bajl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of compliance with these Terms. During any such review, the player's wallet balance will remain accessible for continued gameplay but may not be withdrawn until the review is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

bajl may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to the player's promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific offer communication.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.
• bajl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without notice. Any bonus credited in error will be removed from the account.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer. bajl's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly permitted. bajl's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bajl Platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bajl does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event, bajl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' wallets. bajl's decision on voided bets is final.
• bajl does not permit the use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.
• Casino games on bajl use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) systems supplied by certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. bajl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Cricket and sports betting markets on bajl are settled according to official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or other applicable authority). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time of the final result declaration.

Responsible Gaming

bajl is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only, and bajl strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to play responsibly. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders at no charge.

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — players may configure automatic session time notifications that alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Temporary time-out — players may apply a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which account login is suspended. The time-out cannot be reversed once applied.
• Self-exclusion — players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-excluded accounts are closed permanently and cannot be reopened.

bajl does not extend credit to players and does not encourage players to chase losses. If you feel that gambling has become a problem for you or someone you know, please contact bajl support immediately and use the self-exclusion or time-out tools available in your account settings. bajl is an 21+ platform and takes its obligations with respect to player welfare seriously.

Account Suspension and Termination

bajl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion. In most cases, bajl will provide notice to the affected player; however, immediate suspension without prior notice may occur in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any eligibility requirement, including discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other activity that bajl reasonably determines to be dishonest, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• Use of prohibited software, automated betting tools, or any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Provision of false identity documents or misrepresentation of personal information during KYC verification.

Upon permanent account termination for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus credits — will be forfeited in full. bajl's determination in such matters is final. Intellectual Property

All content on the bajl Platform — including but not limited to the bajl brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, game thumbnails, promotional graphics, written content, and all associated software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajl or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, title, or interest in any bajl intellectual property.

Players may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, display, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the bajl Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of bajl. Unauthorised use of bajl's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajl's liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as follows.

• bajl is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bajl has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• bajl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and circumstances beyond bajl's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
• bajl is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's use of an unsecured device, failure to log out on a shared device, or disclosure of account credentials to a third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bajl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. bajl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

Amendments to These Terms

bajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bajl will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at bajl.vu/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms in full.
